Wood Floors
How do you restore wood floors without
sanding? This is another process developed by us that
employs special resins to clean and restore your wood floors without sanding. In most cases, it’s highly effective
in removing light pet stains, water marks, discolorations and light to medium scratches. Plus it's absolutely,
positively guaranteed not to peel, crack or chip for as long as you own your wood floor!
Does your process work on all wood
floors? No. Our process will not work if your wood floors
have stain missing, bare wood showing, severe large black or gray areas of discoloration from pet urine, water
damage and plant stains.
Also, our process will not address very deep
scratches and significant differences in wood tone from the sides of your room compared to the center. In most
cases, even sanding will not remedy some of these problems.
Many times, new boards will have to be fashioned by a carpenter and the whole job
will need to be re-sanded, stained and re-urethaned.
How long does your
wood process take? Depending on the size of the
area involved, it can take a few hours to a whole day.
What are the benefits of your wood process compared to
sanding? Since our exclusive process does not employ sanding , chemical abrasion or the use of polyurethane, we absolutely guarantee you no dust or fumes
whatsoever.
And unlike some un-proven methods that take 24 to 72 hours to cure, our
time tested system can be applied over previously waxed wood floors,
and no furniture needs to be moved out of the room.
In addition, our process dries instantly and you can walk on your floors as soon
as we are done.
Plus the cost of our process is 600% less than sanding, and we absolutely
positively guarantee you it will not peel off, become cloudy, blotch , streak, chip or peel for as long as you own
your floor.
And unlike some processes, we do not use acrylic polymer waxes that will
ruin your wood floors. So you save time, money and big hassles.
How To
Choose A Wood Flooring
Contractor
When choosing a wood flooring
contractor, you should make sure they have at least 20 years experience with wood floors.
And it wouldn't hurt to check
their reputation with the Better Business Bureau or the consumer affairs division of your state attorney
general's office.
They should also be able to
provide you with at least 50 real and current references. Also, the contractor should be willing to restore a
small test area of your wood floor to for free to guarantee your complete
satisfaction.
What
Type Of Wood Flooring Contractors To Avoid
You should avoid contractors who state that if their process turns your wood floors cloudy, or if
they blotch or peel, they will credit the amount you paid for their unproven process towards a full-blown sanding
job.
Since these types of firms will not guarantee anything in writing, they have nothing to
lose.
But you lost time and money
on the first process that did not work.
And now you're stuck
with a lousy job and the high cost and inconvenience of sanding.
So do your homework and choose
your contractor carefully.
Beware Of
Contract "Weasel" Clauses
Even though
some franchises offer a written guarantee, you should read it carefully for "weasel" clauses before you hand
over your money.
For instance, one franchise
that offers a written warranty states that its up to the local franchisee to make good on the warranty and not the
mother company.
The warranty also states that the
company will not pay for alternative methods like sanding to correct your peeling, blotching, cracking and
chipping.
If the local franchisee is
incompetent, goes out of business, or looses the franchise, you're out of luck!
Why You Should
Not Rely 100% On Commercial
References
Also, beware of companies
that list a lot of commercial references but very few consumer references.
Reason? Commercial customers
are always more concerned with the lowest price rather than the quality or longevity of the work
performed.
Also, some high profile commercial customers will barter their
goods or services for contracting work. Others will have work performed for free in exchange for giving the
flooring contractor a glowing reference.
So you should always demand at least 10 to 20 consumer references with phone numbers from companies that make
outrageous claims about their no sanding process.
Then check those references carefully.

After - no-wax vinyl floor cleaned and restored by us
No Wax ,Vinyl & Stone
Floors
To maintain no wax, vinyl floors and most stone floors never use any kind of
ammonia, bleach, vinegar or any supermarket cleaners, disinfectants or waxes. Just use a few squirts of any gentle
dishwashing liquid that is kind to your hands. Apply with a mop and rinse with clean water.
Wood Floors
On wood floors, never use any type of oil soap product or products that contain
water. The safest way to maintain any wood floor is to use a dry mop that uses electrostatically charged disposable
heads.
